This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Solessa Closet are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

It also provides information about shipping costs, delivery timelines, possible delays, order cancellations, address accuracy, and customer responsibilities.

Shipping Destination and Cost

  • Solessa Closet currently ships to customers in the United States only.
  • Shipping is free for all orders delivered within the United States.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 days, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 04:00 PM (EDT), on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

After your order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent automatically.

Transit and Delivery Time

  • Shipping transit time is usually 4–6 days, Monday to Friday.
  • The total estimated delivery time, including order processing and shipping transit, is 5–9 business days.
  • Weekends and public holidays are not included in these delivery estimates.

Shipment Tracking
All orders include access to tracking information.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

A separate shipping update email will then be sent with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment from dispatch through delivery.

Delivery Delays
Delivery delays may occur because of external conditions outside our control, including:

  • Logistics disruptions
  • Courier delays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • High order volume
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days for delivery.

If your order still has not arrived after this extended period, contact Solessa Closet at info@solessacloset.com, and the issue will be investigated promptly.

Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Solessa Closet is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping details.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact Solessa Closet as soon as possible at info@solessacloset.com.

Your message must include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the item received

Your request will be reviewed, and an appropriate resolution will be provided in accordance with consumer protection laws, including an exchange or a refund issued to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations
You can request cancellation before your order is shipped by contacting Solessa Closet as soon as possible at info@solessacloset.com.

Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and returns must follow the Return and Refund Policy.
