This Return and Refund Policy explains how you can request a return, exchange, or refund for purchases made through Solessa Closet.

This policy applies together with our Terms of Service. Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

Return and Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted unless required by law.

Return and Exchange Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • All original packaging, labels, tags, parts, and accessories must be included.
  • The item must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
  • The item can only be inspected and must not show signs of use, wear, odor, washing, damage, or missing components.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The item does not meet the return and exchange requirements.
  • The item is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or use.
  • The item is sent back without prior approval.
  • The return request is submitted after the return and exchange period, unless required by law.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, you must contact Solessa Closet at info@solessacloset.com within the return and exchange period.

Your request must include:

  • Order number
  • Item details
  • Reason for return
  • Photos where applicable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact Solessa Closet as soon as possible at info@solessacloset.com.

Your message must include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the item received

Your request will be reviewed, and an appropriate resolution will be provided in accordance with consumer protection laws, including an exchange or a refund issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping
Return instructions, including the return address, are provided after approval.

Please note that:

  • If the return is caused by an error, defective item, damaged item, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are covered by Solessa Closet.
  • For all other approved returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fees are charged.
  • The item must be packaged securely to avoid damage during return shipping.

Refunds
Returned items are inspected after they are received.

You will be notified whether the refund is approved or rejected. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days.

Processing times can vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Exchanges
Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

If the requested replacement item is available, the exchange will be processed. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

All exchange items must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.

Order Cancellations
You can request cancellation before your order is shipped by contacting Solessa Closet as soon as possible at info@solessacloset.com.

Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must follow this policy.

Policy Protection
Solessa Closet reserves the right to decline returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases involving suspected misuse, repeated policy abuse, or fraudulent activity.
